For girls ages 8-12. Registering for Girls on the Run 5K beings January 8 for Spring season (Feb - April). Girls meet for lessons once or twice a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at a time. Flag Football

i9 Sports Flag Football is for boys and girls, Grades K5-12th . Leagues are available during the fall, winter, and spring in various locations throughout the First Coast Area including Eagle Harbor, UNF, Mandarin, Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach and Oakleaf Plantation. All coaches are screened and certified and the emphasis is on fun, sportsmanship, and inclusiveness. There is a minimal time commitment with no more than one practice per week and games on Saturdays. All kids receive an i9 Flag jersey, flagbelt, and participation award as well as access to the i9 website to view statistics and scores. Swimming Safari Swim School

Heated indoor pool 90 degree water for lessons all year long, plus many outdoor locations. Ages 6 months and up. Six (6) 30-minute lessons. Private, semi-private, and group classes available. All instructors are American Red Cross certified in CPR and First Aid and total over 25 years experience. Swimming Safari is a member of U.S. Swim School Association, The Drowning Prevention Alliance, and The World Aquatic Babies & Children Congress.

Level 1 – Learning about the water and becoming comfortable in the water.
Level 2 – Breaking away from the instructor and becoming independent swimmers.
Level 3 – Learning different strokes and deep water activities.
Level 4 – Increasing distance and endurance to prepare for a swim team.
